How it works
- Show us the piece. Walk in during showroom hours, book an appointment, or email photos and anything you know about it to appointments@mazalitonyc.com.
- We inspect it in person, in front of you. Stones under the loupe, gold weighed and tested, watches checked by our watch team. You watch it happen.
- You get a number on the spot. Take it or don't — no fee, no obligation, and the piece never leaves your sight.
What moves the number
The same things we'd tell you if you were buying: gram weight and purity on gold, the stone's specifications and whether a grading report is on file, box and papers on a watch, condition, and where the metal market is that day. We will tell you what we see and why the number is the number.
Worth bringing, if you have them
Any grading report, the box and papers, the original receipt. None of it is required — a piece with no history is still a piece — but paperwork is part of what a watch is worth, and a report saves grading a stone from scratch.
Every offer is made on the piece in front of us. We don't quote sight unseen.
