International orders ship FedEx or DHL. Duties and taxes are the buyer's, and international orders are final sale.
Jewelry Care
Gold and diamonds are durable, not indestructible. Three habits do most of the work:
- Last on, first off. After lotion and perfume; before the gym, the pool, and the garden. Chlorine is hard on gold alloys.
- Store pieces apart. Diamond scratches gold. Chains fastened and laid flat.
- If a stone moves under a fingertip, stop wearing it and bring it in. Caught early it is a five-minute tighten.
To clean: warm water, a drop of dish soap, a soft brush, ten minutes. Skip ultrasonic cleaners at home. Once a year, bring it in for a clean and inspection under the loupe.
Returns & Exchanges
30 days from confirmed delivery on US orders, for a refund, store credit, or a different piece.
The piece comes back unworn, with everything it left with — box, tags, any grading report — and it is checked at our bench against the original spec: weight, stone, metal.
Not returnable: anything showing wear, and anything made to your specification — engraved, embossed, or resized. International orders are final sale.
We email a prepaid, insured FedEx return label; a flat $50 label fee comes off the refund, and exchanges ship free. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of clearing inspection.

Materials & Ethical Sourcing
14k gold, platinum on engagement rings, and diamonds — laboratory-grown and natural. Origin is stated on every listing, in the same size type as everything else.
Graded center stones carry a GIA report and the report number is on the page. Gram weights and stone specifications are listed on each product page.
Pre-owned pieces are weighed, tested, and inspected at our bench before listing. Each listing states the metal, purity, and stone details for that piece.
Warranty & Repairs
One-year warranty against manufacturing defects: a failed solder joint, a loose setting, a flaw in the metal. It does not cover normal wear, impact or chemical damage, another jeweler's work, or loss and theft.
Warranty repairs are free; you cover shipping to us. Everything else is quoted before any work starts. Most repairs take 2–4 weeks.

Appraisals & Insurance
An appraisal states what the piece is and what it would cost to replace — the document an insurer works from. Available on request, for a fee. Where a stone has a GIA report, that is a separate document: the report grades the stone, the appraisal values the piece.
Homeowner's and renter's policies usually cap jewelry around $1,500 unless a piece is scheduled separately. For anything you would mind losing, standalone jewelry insurance runs about 1–2% of value per year.
